At Joyería Cano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original designer box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new selection within 5 business days.
